A wheel and tire expert will double-check every order that is placed to ensure stock is good and fitment works.

Important:
If no vehicle is selected at checkout or no vehicle details are provided, Wheelsnearme.ca cannot guarantee fitment. Orders placed without verified vehicle information are considered final sale once shipped, and the fitment guarantee is void.
To ensure guaranteed fitment, please always include your full vehicle details (year, make, model, and trim) when ordering.

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING: 

Wheelsnearme.ca offers FREE and FAST shipping on orders of select sets of 4 wheels or select 4 tires. Certain conditions apply to remote locations.

Eligible orders include:

·        Orders of 4 or more matching tires with a value over $100 each before tax.

·        Orders of 4 or more matching alloy wheels.

*Yukon, Northern Labrador, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and other remote areas are part of the exclusion list. If you are ordering from one of these provinces or areas please *contact us* before placing an order so we can discuss shipping options. 

All shipments that are refused will be sent back to the placed from which it was shipped. Any charges suffered will be deducted from the client’s refund.

Shipments will require a signature and may be delivered during business hours.

Tracking of shipment will be provided as soon as the shipment has left the warehouse.

If you purchased wheels that require machining or mounting, your tracking should be available within 2-3 days. This may vary during busy season or holidays.

If you have not received your tracking within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact us.

Overweight orders may be subject to extra shipping fees. Customer will be contacted before the order is shipped out in order to confirm the extra charge.

RETURNS

Customer must test fit wheels before mounting tires. (Put wheels on car without tires to make sure there is no fitment issue)

At wheelsnearme.ca we place our customers among the highest priority. We feel as returns should be done as fast and effective as possible. If there are any issues with the products you have received, we ask that you send your concerns to info@wheelsnearme.ca or call 1-877-206-8737

Received Damaged or Incorrect Item:

If you have received the wrong items or the items arrived damaged, we ask that you take pictures and send an email right away to info@wheelsnearme.ca . Once received, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to get the items returned and replaced.

Return of a new product:

·        All products are fully inspected upon receipt.  Customer may return wheels within 30 days of purchase. 

·        If customer returns an order or refuses upon delivery, the customer must pay the shipping back to the manufacturer and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

·        All products must be returned in original packaging.

·       All returns for reasons other than fitment issues — such as no longer wanting the item, ordering the wrong product, or changing your mind — are accepted. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.

 

Returns / Exchanges will not be accepted for items that are:

·        Used or damaged

·        Mounted and balanced

·        Special order / final sale

·        After 30 days of purchase

·        Without original packaging

·        Custom / Custom drilled wheels

·        Without return authorization from Wheelsnearme.ca

Fitment return:

In the rare case of a wheel not fitting, customer will be asked to take pictures of where the issue lies and send pictures and VIN to info@wheelsnearme.ca . Customer will be contacted shortly after with solutions offered.

 

Winter wheels:

Wheels that are not approved for winter:

·       ·  Wheels with a machined face

·        · Wheels with a milled trim

·        · PVD wheels

·        · Chrome wheels

 Driving on any of the above wheels will waive the finish warranty.

 

INSTALL KIT POLICY

When purchasing an Install Kit, we will contact you to confirm your vehicle's details (make, model, and year) in order to ensure compatibility. This is to verify the correct:

  • Thread pitch

  • Bolt or nut length

  • Seat type (conical, ball, etc.)

We make every effort to provide the correct hardware based on the information you provide.

Hub rings are included only when required (i.e., when the wheel's center bore is larger than your vehicle’s hub). If the wheel is hubcentric to your vehicle, hub rings are not needed and will not be included.

If you are unsure whether you need an Install Kit or hub rings, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

 

Cleaning your wheels

When cleaning your wheels, it is best to use a non-acidic soap. Wheel cleaning products are optimal but regular hand soap will work great as well.

Be sure to wash your wheels when they are room temperature or cold. Washing wheels that are still hot from driving can result in damaging the finish.

Rinse wheel with hose water.

Pro Tip: Apply a coat of car wax 3-4 times a year. This will maintain that fresh new look of your alloy wheels!

 

Wheel Storage

Everyone wants their wheels to stay looking great! Proper wheel storage is essential to keep your wheels looking new. Here are some wheel storage tips that you can do to ensure that your wheels are best maintained:

1.      Keep wheels in a dry & clean space.

2.      Remove your center caps before storage. Water can be trapped under the center cap and can cause corrosion.

3.      Avoid storing wheels in direct sunlight or in a humid area.

4.      Clean and dry your wheels before putting them in storage.
